1. Who provides Swipe Cleaner

Swipe Cleaner is provided by Ads Station Ltd, 152, Office 9, Triq In Naxxar, San Gwann, SGN 9030, Malta ("Ads Station", "we", "us" or "our"). Contact: contact@swipepics.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms for you. You may not use Swipe Cleaner where prohibited by law.

3. The Swipe Cleaner service

Swipe Cleaner helps you sort the photos and videos stored on your device. It can group them into collections (for example screenshots, large videos, recent items or a given month), show their date and size, let you mark each one to keep or to delete, and delete the items you select after you confirm.

Swipe Cleaner works on your device. Your photos and videos are not uploaded to our servers. Your sorting progress and review list are stored on your device and are lost if you delete the app, erase its data or change device.

Features may vary by platform, country, app version and subscription. We may update, improve, suspend or discontinue parts of the service where reasonably necessary.

4. Deleting photos and videos

You decide which items are deleted. Swipe Cleaner deletes an item only after you have confirmed your selection in the app and in the confirmation dialog shown by your device's operating system.

Deleted items are moved to Recently Deleted (iPhone) or to your gallery's trash (Android). Your operating system, not Swipe Cleaner, controls how long they stay there before they are permanently removed. If your library is synchronised with a cloud service, such as iCloud Photos or Google Photos, deleting an item may also delete it from that service and from your other devices, according to that service's rules.

Sizes and storage figures shown in the app are estimates based on the information provided by your device. The space actually freed may differ, in particular while deleted items remain in Recently Deleted or in the trash.

You are responsible for keeping backups of photos and videos that matter to you. We cannot recover items once they have been permanently removed from your device or your cloud service.

5. Free plan, subscriptions and billing

What is free and what requires a subscription

Swipe Cleaner is free to download. On the free plan, you can sort and review as many photos and videos as you like and delete up to 10 items per calendar day. Swipe Cleaner Pro removes this daily limit and lets you confirm a whole review list at once.

Plans, prices and free trial

Swipe Cleaner Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions: a weekly plan, which may start with a free trial for new subscribers, and an annual plan. The price, any free trial, the billing period and the included features are displayed in the app before purchase. Prices may vary by country and may include taxes.

If a plan starts with a free trial, you are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial, the subscription then starts automatically and the price displayed is charged to your store account.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account, and subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or within the timeframe shown by that store. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

When you cancel, you keep Swipe Cleaner Pro until the end of the period already paid for. If you reinstall the app or change device, use "Restore purchases" in the app to recover an active subscription.

Refunds and store terms

Billing issues, cancellations and refunds are subject to the rules of the store through which you subscribed. To the extent store terms conflict with this section, the applicable store terms govern the transaction. Nothing in this section limits the withdrawal or refund rights you may have under mandatory consumer law.

Where Swipe Cleaner is downloaded through Apple, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

• use Swipe Cleaner in violation of law or third-party rights;
• interfere with, overload, probe or attempt to bypass service security or subscription checks;
• reverse engineer, resell or exploit the service except where law expressly permits; or
• use Swipe Cleaner on a device or a photo library you are not authorised to manage.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, or where these Terms are materially breached.

7. Intellectual property

Swipe Cleaner, its software, design, text, graphics, trademarks and other service content are owned by Ads Station Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your photos and videos remain yours. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use Swipe Cleaner for personal, lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8. Third-party services

Swipe Cleaner relies on third-party services, including app stores, your device's operating system and photo library, and the providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We do not control third-party availability or behaviour.

9. Availability and warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swipe Cleaner is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every size, grouping or storage figure will be accurate or suitable for your purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ads Station Ltd and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, photos, videos, goodwill or opportunities arising from use of Swipe Cleaner, including the deletion of items you selected and confirmed.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to Swipe Cleaner will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms for future use of Swipe Cleaner. We will post the revised version and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required. If you do not agree to revised Terms, stop using Swipe Cleaner and cancel any subscription before its next renewal.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Malta have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law allows you to bring a claim in your country of residence or provides stronger protections. European consumers retain the mandatory rights available under the law of their habitual residence.

13. General provisions

If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer our rights and obligations while respecting applicable law. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any store-specific terms, form the agreement concerning your use of Swipe Cleaner.
